Q. What makes this product work?
A. Critter Out is a dual deterrent repellent working both by smell and taste. There are 5 different essential oils and various other ingredients that combined create a very strong citrus and spice menthol-burning sensation that these animals are completely repulsed and irritated by. There sense of smell is 1000 times greater than humans. But even long after we humans can’t smell it anymore, it’s still too strong for them. No need to worry though, it wont harm them, but it will drive them away and stop them from chewing and gnawing around your home and garden area.

Q. Where can I apply Critter Out?

A. Critter Out can be effectively applied around your home and garden areas including, decks, patios, patio furniture, sheds, attics, garbage cans, cabins, woodpiles, boathouses, barns, bird feeders, RV campers, campsites, picnic areas, car tires & hosing, nesting areas, holes near sidewalks and foundations, vegetable gardens, flower beds, and any other surface where animal activity is evident.

On hard surfaces first test an area to see if staining occurs, then spray thoroughly until run off occurs.

Q. Can it be applied on edible fruits & vegetables?
A. Critter Out is 100% natural exempt from EPA registration and is considered safe under category 25B "food based product". We do recommend that you wash all fruits & vegetables thoroughly prior to eating to remove any remaining solution that may affect the taste.

Q. Will Critter Out harm my plants?
A. No, it will not burn, leave a film, stain, discolor or otherwise adversely effect your plants, In fact the all natural composition can stimulate re-growth on previously damaged plants.

Q. Will Critter Out wash off in the rain?
A. No, here's why. We added two all Natural stickers. Gum Arabic, which is found in many commercial chewing gums, and hydrogenated vegetable oil, which everyone knows that oil & water doesn't mix. The combination of the two works exceptionally well together at keeping the rest of the ingredients sticking to your plants and hard surfaces without the addition of any harmful chemicals or commercial glues. Use common sense, during periods of abnormally heavy rain, or during the rapid growing stages of your plantings, touch-up & reapply. Critter Out will not easily wash off in the rain and can continue to be effective, but the potency can be affected by severe conditions. On hard surfaces, 7 –10 day sprayings are recommended.
