How much will it cost
to have Critter Out shipped to me?
We like to keep our customers happy. We don't charge a handling
fee like most other companies and we have the lowest fixed shipping
rate possible. Our low fixed rate is listed under each individual
bottle on our product info page. And as always, free shipping on
our 1 gallon concentrate, 2.5 gallon concentrate, and 5 gallon
concentrate.
How will my order be
shipped?
All orders are shipped UPS. If you place your order prior to 10:00 AM EST Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped that same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 AM EST will ship the next day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the next business day.Your package will ship from our New Jersey manufacturing facility....If you live in a rural area or in the mid west or on the west coast, please allow up to 6 business days for your package to arrive....Feel free to call us for your UPS tracking number only after the 5th or 6th business day If your package does not arrive.
IMPORTANT: UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. When ordering, please be sure to provide a physical address for UPS delivery.
